LEADERSHIP
A Presbyterian government is a democracy influenced by the Holy Spirit. We are all under the leadership of Jesus Christ. He alone is Lord and Head of the Church. Jesus has endowed and ordained specific people to lead the congregation. Those people, called elders, govern by election, and are called a Session.
